Strategy is the biggest piece of what I bring to the table. The implementation process is a joint effort. I use a variety of easy-to-use collaborative programs to help keep your business organized and stream-lined including Trello, Google Drive, Dropbox, Mail Chimp, Hootsuite and Canva. The workflow will look a little something like this:

 

Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is complimentary. We'll take about an hour and talk about your business, where you're struggling with your marketing, what your goals are, what problems you want to solve and who your ideal customer is. Creating a Project Plan and Contract

I will draft a contract up based on our initial consultation. Once the contract is flushed out and signed, the details of the project will be transferred into Trello, an easy-to-use and collaborative project management website. The bulk of our information sharing and communication will be through this outlet, but don't worry, it's very easy to use! 

Information Gathering

This project is not going to be successful without your involvement. I take a very personal approach with my clients. I want to really get to know your business, and I'm interested in all of the details you can share with me. To really do this right, we'll schedule three or four either in-person or Facetime/Skype discovery sessions to help me get a pulse on everything. During this process, I'll be requesting a lot of information from you including logo files, fonts, colors, any print material you're currently using, head shots, professional photos of your space/services/products...etc. Once I have all of the information I need, we can start on putting the gears into action.

Creative Process

This is where I'm going to take some time to develop my master plan. I put my savvy strategy skills to work and come up with a few ideas on how to start propelling you in the forward (and upward!) direction. I won't need anything here from you, except a little patience. Truly successful campaigns take time, resources and effort to develop and in the end, it's worth every minute!

Project Execution

Once all of the preliminary details are in place and I have all of the information I need and have had a little time to stew on everything, we can really get our hands dirty. Your involvement at this point will decrease a bit and we should be able to coast along with bi-weekly to monthly check-ins. Project execution is going to look different for each client. And that's what I love about it! It's a puzzle that's waiting to be solved - have I told you how much I like puzzles yet? Well I do. I love them. And I can't wait to help you solve yours 😉
